ReClaim the Divine Voice Introductory Workshop

Musician/vocalist, sound healer, reiki master and intuitive, Marjasana showers love on participants, creating a sacredly safe space to explore the opening the throat and voice by providing experiences of "landing inside" the Sacred authentic Voice.  Now more than ever, we are called to arrive to the moment fully alive, to open the throat, and expressing our authentic voice.

In her afternoon workshop, Marjasana guides participants on a journey of re-discovering and re-claiming the essence of Truth, Energy and Aliveness and Joy through Re-claiming that within the Human Voice, and becoming aware of and beginning to move through blocks and barriers to that experience. Tools include body-resonance, deep listening, conscious breath, vocal visualization and toning. In addition, in her longer workshops, Marjasana offers  participants to create a personlized spoken/sung Mantra, as well as embodied creation of songs based on Marjasana's own channeled tonal call and response. 

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, and a water bottle. Wear loose clothing that will be comfortable to sit and move in.  Welcome!
