A Sound Healing Journey with crystal bowls (Paul Donahue), and Voice (Marjasana)

Come join us for a deeply relaxing, meditative and uplifting sound bath with Paul Donahue (crystal bowls), and Marjasana Kay (voice). You will be led on a journey through your inner landscape of energy, inviting you to let go, heal tension, and expand the energy of Love within You. Please bring an enclosed water bottle, a yoga mat (beach towel or blanket will also do) and anything else you will need to be comfortable lying down for a period of time.
