Marjasana supports each client (or group of clients) by creating a sacred "container" or "space" to open and expand the resonant voice. Less than optional relational patterns, and the existence of stereotypes create an effect on the voice. The throat area (all energy centers in the body are affected), become less vibrant and can begin to shut down. Whether you are desiring to be a more effective and influential singer or speaker; whether you are discovering your own unique artistic voice (any medium) or are discovering yourself as a healer, desiring to hold space for others to heal, working with Marjasana will give you an embodied experience of awakening your voice to be in coherence with your body and intentions or goals.
