Service Description

This is introductory session in which Marjasana gives participant(s) a taste of the tools that she has developed that are supportive in "resting" inside the Sacred Voice. In her work, Marjasana guides participants on a journey of re-discovering and re-claiming the essence of Truth, Energy and Aliveness and Joy through Re-claiming the Voice. Tools include conscious breath, meditation, visualisation, vocal toning. In the longer course you create your own personal mantra. The Introduction runs between 60 and 75 minutes, depending on the number of participants. For my next Workshop offering see "upcoming events" on my website Home page. Participant size 1-18.
